Convenient location, clean room, good breakfast selection, responsive staff, excellent value for money.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Despite the heat outside, the room was pleasant and not stuffy. The breakfast selection was varied, and the staff made me feel very welcome. I'd recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfy beds and lovely shower. Good breakfast buffet with fresh croissants and fruits. Convenient late-night drink option, free parking and excellent Wi-Fi. Quiet location, ideal for ISPO visitors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony to sit outside in the evening. The hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the bustling exhibition. Additionally, the facilities such as the terrace and garden furniture, made our stay even more enjoyable. Apart from that, we were really satisfied with the free toiletries provided and the dining restaurant in the hotel.

We recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel in the city center with excellent service and amenities. We were impressed by their fitness center and in-room breakfast service which offered special diet menus.

We recently stayed in a hotel with an amazing location, situated near Exhibition Center, and in the red light district. Close to the subway, it was very easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was good, offering a mix of Continental and English breakfast. We especially enjoyed the fitness center and meeting room facilities.

The curtains in the room could be improved to better block out outside light.

The breakfast was marvellous! Weisswurst, yeah! Happy hour 3 beers for the price of 2 was a positive surprise, too. Staff is super friendly!

The cleanliness of the room and the facilities within are best in class. The transportation accessibility was excellent, with the metro station just a few minutes away. the hotel is situated in a quiet area which allowed me a good night's sleep.

The staff at the hotel lacked experience and were often incompetent, leading to issues with check-in, room service, and maintenance. Some amenities, such as the safe locker and kitchenette, were not properly maintained or equipped, inconvenient.
